Any claims for wrongly delivered/damaged/defective items must be submitted within10 days after the product has been received. Shiping cost for returned items will be covered by the buyer except when the wrong item is received. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please use the Contact Us form located in the store’s menu. We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please reach us by filling the Contact Us form located in the store’s menu, with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll gladly sort it out for you.

Shipping Policy
Epilogio is responsible for sending packages and providing tracking information. From that point forward, after tracking number is sent to you, it is the customers responsibility to get the package safely. Any damages or lost of items, the customer will have to be handled with the postal service directly.
